FULL MOON in Uttara Phalguni: HEAL THYSELF
There will be a Full Moon on Wednesday, March 20th at 21:42 eastern time in Uttara Phalguni, a degree of sidereal Virgo. This Moon is in a kind and generous healing sign, one that helps and uplifts those who cross its path. Yet this Moon is also considered to be unsupported - meaning it doesn't have any planets on either side of it giving it protection and strength. It's like a King on a chess board, left alone, wide open and vulnerable.
Connecting may feel hard now, as it usually does for unsupported moon times. We may be having the conversations, yet we may not feel heard or understood. Even though Uttara Phalguni is a helper at heart, is also known for putting on a happy face even if it is unhappy or angry underneath it all. Check in with yourself to see if you happen to be doing this.
The only aspect this Full Moon is receiving is from Ketu, the South Node of the Moon, which often pulls in emotions, events and thoughts. Ketu comes along to show us that our karma with whatever is surfacing is complete and that is it time to move on, even if it may feel bittersweet. Be aware this will have to be done on your own right now.
As this Moon reaches its hands to the Sun and Mercury (its ruling planets), it reminds us to go within ourselves for the answers and to trust ourselves above all. It's not necessarily time to search for support outside of our own inner knowing. The Moon's 12th house positioning at the exact moment it is full magnifies the importance of meditation, quiet time, and the inward journey.
So reach deep within yourself, into your meditation and personal practices, and allow the healing to come from your higher self.
