An Ayurvedic Lifestyle | In Short

Ayurveda gives us the manual of understanding what type of vehicle we were given to have this journey called ‘life’ in.
It shows us which model we received and therefore which type of fuel it needs, oil, rest time needed to recharge and what type of lifestyle is most supportive.
This way we can experience our vehicle in the best state possible (health) which will support us in having a strong, clear, sharp, grounded mind.
From this place we can experience the beautiful balance and merging of body, mind and spirit. Healthy strong vibrant body, happy serene mind, radiant spirit.
We are here on earth to have this individual journey while being part of the Great Oneness.
For us to learn, to awaken to our born nature of radiant awareness.
As life unfolds and we receive our individual life lessons (karma), when we are well equipped with the wisdom which Ayurveda gives us, we can ride the waves of life in a graceful and trusting way and enjoy this ride deeply.
The body needs to be moved for it to remain a smooth running vehicle and for the electrical system (nervous system) to function smoothly. When our muscles are strong, we feel strong mentally.
Yoga practice gives us the wonderful space to adjust the type of movement, the speed of movement and the intensity of movement that our own individual body and mind needs. Strengthening our weak spots to create a strong anchor to hold us in this embodied space.
When we learn Ayurveda, we become our own healer, we awaken and realign with our Higher Intelligence, our inner teacher (the inner guru) to guide us on our path of daily life.
