Depending on your inherent constitution, any imbalance and specific aspects of your life story, it’s essential to tailor your practice to meet your current needs. Learn how to identify specific imbalances to create a healing Sadhana ritual for yourself.
Marma Point Massage

In this Marma Point Massage Workshop we will discover the ancient art of Marma Therapy, a cornerstone of Ayurvedic healing that focuses on vital energy points within the body. The term “marma” translates from Sanskrit as “hidden” or “secret point,” referring to specific junctures where muscles, veins, ligaments, bones, and joints intersect. Stimulating these points can activate energy channels, promoting physical and emotional well-being.
In this hands-on workshop, we will concentrate on the Marma points located in the head, face, neck, shoulders, and chest. By gently activating these areas, participants can release stored emotions associated with corresponding organs, leading to profound relaxation and rejuvenation. Many find that this practice helps clear emotional blockages, leaving them feeling refreshed and light.
Ayurvedic Pregnancy & Postnatal

This workshop is for women who are in their second or third trimester of pregnancy. Pregnancy & Post-Natal period is a very powerful initiation of next level womanhood. It is both powerful and fragile. Through Ayurveda we receive great wisdom tools how to support and nourish ourselves so we can be happy, grounded mamma.
You will understand what happens physically, emotionally, mentally & energetically during pregnancy, birthing & post-natal. Through understanding this, we will have deeper insight as to why certain foods, remedies and lifestyle suggestions will rejuvenate and support us.
Peaceful Menopause
