Marma workshop

Learn the Art of Healing Touch with Marma.The Sanskrit work “marma” means “secret point”.We have many marma points on the body that awaken/activate energy in specific parts of the body through connecting channels.In this workshop we will focus on working on the head, face, neck, shoulders and chest. These points help release stuck & stored emotions in their corresponding organs.You will drop into a profound deep and feel incredibly rejuvenated, clear, light & fresh afterwards as we have emptied the garbage can of old emotions.
As this is a hands-on workshop where you will learn to give one session and then receive one session, this is a lovely workshop you could also do with your friend or partner.
